i had a baby four months ago and decided to cut out junky sweets and replace it with yogurt. I grab every flavour of yogurt that appealed to me. Luckily i grabbed liberte coconut. Its the best!!! Better than my beloved chobani pineapple!!!!! Ive lost two pounds this week by replacing sweets for yogurt!!! LOVE!!!!

My mom and I just discovered and LOVE this coconut yogurt! Our family eats a lot of yogurt but Liberte is the best! We decided to try the coconut yogurt and went back and bought the rest of what our local store had. It is simply delightful and we joked about trying to find it in a 27oz. container! This yogurt...wow. I'm relatively strict about my calorie intake, so the amount of saturated fats and calories in this is a little worrisome (but hey, it's coconut. I expect this from all things coconut), but IT IS SO AMAZING! If there were a low-calorie, lower-fat version, I might have to eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. And snacks.

My husband, knowing I love all things coconut brought this home from work for me. It is the best 'yogurt' I've ever had and easily replaces ice cream as my dessert of choice. Today I brought it to work and dipped fresh strawberries in! So yummy, I'm hooked!

Do you happen to know the calorie count of the top layer only? I don't really care about the bottom sweet part ...

There is 116 calories for 100g of yogurt. The top layer represent 425 gr of the total of the container. Hopefully it is usefull !

This yogurt is excellent! Could you provide more information concerning how much sugar (sucrose) is added? I understand that a lot of the listed sugar consists of lactose. Also, is it possible to get an idea of the overall mineral content of the yogurt? (I see that "milk mineral concentrate" is an ingredient.)

Hello Josh, Total of sugar = 11,6g in 100g of the Mediterrannée coconut (6,7g from the coconut preparation 2,7g from white sugar added in the yogurt, 2,2g from the lactose)
The milk minerals are obtained by filtration of milk. It contains minerals such as sodium, potassium and calcium. It is used in the fruit preparation to avoid phase separation.
To have a good idea about the nutrition value of what you are eating you can look the % of the daily value. It helps to have an overview.

LOVE this coconut yogurt! It is such an indulgent treat! I've also tried your apple crumble variety which is another favorite. Could you please try to make a low fat (or healthier) version of the coconut yogurt? I know the cream and sugar is partially what makes this yogurt so delicious but I can't savor it as much as I'd like to. Thanks!!

Yes, the milk is pasterized before making the yogurt. Hopefully this is helpfull.

I found your coconut yogurt when we were visiting New Hampshire. Soooooo delicious! They don't carry it where I live, but I was lucky enough to discover some yesterday at a market halfway across the state and bought a bunch. :)

I love your yogurt line and just tried your coconut. Oh lord I am in heaven. Thank you for not following every yogurt maker out there and making thin watered down crap just to save a few calories. This is the best and I won't go back to other yogurts.
This is so filling and worth not eating something else in order to keep my calorie count in check. Keep on doing what you are doing.

I can't tell you how much I love this yogurt. I hide it in the fridge and I when eat it and savor every bite.
I put fresh fruit with it but it really doesn't even need fruit. It is so wonderful as it is.
