Bowel problems? Make probiotics part of your diet!

Probiotics help to regulate the intestinal flora. Containing some 37 billion bacteria per 100 millilitres naturally, kefir is a great source of probiotics, since it’s chock-full of these important bacteria. Kefir is effervescent, so if you don’t like bubbles, choose one of the non-effervescent options available in three flavours: plain, strawberry or raspberry.
