Frozen fruit dessert
You can use strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, peaches or other fruits of your choice.

Ingredients
2 cups frozen fruits (500 ml)
3/4 cup Liberté plain yogurt (175 ml)
1 ripe banana, previously frozen
1/2 cup maple or agave syrup (125 ml) (optional)
Preparation
Take fruits out of the freezer about 10 minutes before starting your recipe.
Mix everything in the blender and eat immediately.
