Corn and ultra rich yogurt bread

Try different kind of yogurt flavours for a different taste of bread. 


Corn and ultra rich yogurt bread

Quantity: 1

Ingredients

1 cup corn flour (250 ml)
1/2 tablespoon baking soda & salt
1/3 cup sugar (85 ml)
1/2 cup butter (125 ml)
2 eggs
1 cup milk (250 ml)
1/2 cup Liberté yogurt (125 ml)
1/4 cup maple syrup (60 ml)


Preparation

Mix eggs, sugar and butter. Add yogurt, milk and maple syrup.

Mix all dry ingredients together. Put all the mixtures together and blend.
Bake at 350 F  in a greased saucepans :
15 minutes for muffins.
30 minutes for 9″ saucepan.
40 minutes bread saucepan.
60 minutes for 13″ saucepan.
Bread should be slightly golden and the pick inserted in the middle should be easily removable.

Want to make these, but I want to double check that the recipe only calls for one cup of corn flour? There seems to be quite a large ratio of liquids....thanks.
