New recipe: Banana & Liberté Kefir muffins

To start the day with a dose of protein and energy 


Banana & Liberté Kefir muffins

Quantity: 12

Cooking time: 15-20 minutes

Ingredients

Put in blender:

3/4 cup Liberté plain Kefir (180 ml)
1 cup of banana puree (2 bananas)

1/2 cup sunflower oil or other (120 ml)
1 teaspoon vanilla essence (5 ml)
2 eggs

 

Mix together:

1 ½ cup wheat flour (360 ml)
4 teaspoons baking powder (20 ml)
1/2 cup sunflower seeds or walnuts (optional)


Preparation

Blend liquid mix with dry ingredients.
Stir gently. Let sit for 10 minutes.
Bake at 375 F for 17 to 20 minutes at center of oven.
