Information technologies
Our strategy to curb the impacts of our information technologies is based on the recommendations and principles of the World Wildlife Fund. We therefore dispose of our computer equipment and cellular telephones responsibly and implemented a recycled ink cartridge purchasing system for our printers.
From 2008 to 2010, we significantly reduced the energy consumption of our computer systems by replacing all inefficient CRT screens with ENERGY STAR qualified LCD flat screens and enhancing the performance of our servers. We also modified the access parameters of our computer systems to facilitate teleworking.
